Paradise Entertainment FY25 Revenue Falls 23%

Paradise Entertainment, parent company of LT Game, reported a decline in financial performance for FY2025, as reduced demand for gaming equipment and the end of a management agreement weighed on results.

The group recorded revenue of HK$834.4m, representing a 23.1% year-on-year decrease. Income from the sale and leasing of electronic gaming equipment dropped 45.3% to HK$199.8m. Net profit also fell significantly, down 63.5% to HK$139.4m, while adjusted EBITDA declined 54.2% to HK$207.5m. The company attributed the downturn to weaker product demand and the conclusion of its satellite casino management services at Casino Kam Pek Paradise in Macau.

LT Game’s Live Multi-Game (LMG) terminals have historically been a key component of Paradise Entertainment’s business, enabling additional gaming positions within Macau’s regulatory limits. However, in response to the slowdown, the group is pursuing diversification across new markets and business lines.

Expansion Beyond Macau and Move Into Consultancy
The company is targeting international growth, identifying markets such as the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Laos, Malaysia, Vietnam and North America as potential areas for expansion. It is actively promoting its gaming solutions to operators in these regions as part of efforts to reduce reliance on Macau.

Following the end of its agreement with SJM Resorts, Paradise has also begun offering consultancy services. Since December 2025, it has been providing advisory support to a casino operated by another Macau concessionaire, marking a shift toward leveraging its operational expertise without direct management involvement.

Entry Into Online Gaming With Infernoplay
Paradise has also entered the online gaming segment through the launch of a new B2B brand, Infernoplay. The initiative will adapt LT Game’s existing titles for digital distribution, targeting licensed online operators.

The company highlighted the continued growth of the global online gaming market, driven by technological advancements and increased mobile usage. Under Infernoplay, new titles are currently in development, with a focus on integrating emerging technologies such as generative artificial intelligence.

Product Development for Land-Based Casinos
Alongside its digital push, LT Game is continuing to invest in land-based innovations. A new LMG platform, “Black Coral,” is scheduled for release, featuring integrated analytics tools designed to provide both operators and players with real-time and historical gameplay insights.

This will be complemented by a new cabinet system, “Speedwave” which allows operators to switch between games through interchangeable components. The system is intended to offer greater flexibility and improve efficiency on casino floors.

Strategic Shift Toward Diversification
Paradise Entertainment said these initiatives form part of a broader strategy to adapt to changing market conditions. By expanding internationally, entering online gaming and enhancing its product offering, the group aims to create new growth opportunities while responding to evolving industry demands.

The company emphasised that continued investment in technology and innovation will be central to maintaining competitiveness, as it works to offset the impact of declining revenue and profitability in FY2025.
