BetMGM Relaunches Borgata Online Platform
BetMGM has introduced a revamped version of Borgata Online for players in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, delivering a redesigned platform with updated navigation, improved account features and a refreshed user experience.
The relaunch is part of BetMGM’s ongoing investment in the Borgata Online brand, which has played a significant role in the development of regulated online casino gaming in New Jersey.
Updated User Experience
The new platform features a modernised interface aimed at making navigation easier for players. Among the additions are a redesigned menu system, a centralised account hub, and a new Rewards Hub, where users can access promotions, Borgata Rewards Points and MGM Rewards tier information from a single location.
Players also continue to have access to a library of more than 4,000 casino games, including over 250 exclusive titles and a selection of live dealer games. BetMGM confirmed that more Borgata-branded releases are expected later this year.
Building On Borgata’s Legacy
BetMGM highlighted Borgata Online’s long-standing presence in the regulated US market. Borgata became the first operator to receive an internet gaming permit from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement in October 2013, participated in the state's soft launch the following month and officially entered the regulated market when online casino gaming opened to the public later that year.
According to company figures, Borgata Online has generated approximately US$250 million in tax revenue for New Jersey since 2015.
Promotional Activities
To celebrate the updated platform, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa will host a series of customer events over the US Independence Day weekend, including promotional campaigns, on-property activities and a fireworks display.
Matt Prevost, Chief Revenue Officer at BetMGM, said the latest investment reflects the company's commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for Borgata's loyal customer base while strengthening the connection between its online platform and land-based casino operations.
The refreshed Borgata Online platform further reinforces BetMGM’s focus on enhancing its regulated online casino offering across key US markets.
