BGaming Launches Johnny vs Chicken Slot

Popular iGaming content provider BGaming has brought together two of its recognisable characters in Johnny vs Chicken, the latest addition to its #Entertainment portfolio.

The slot places Johnny Cash, known from titles including Johnny Cash Train Heist and Johnny Cash Gold Rush, against the sheriff from Chicken Rush. On the desktop, the two characters face each other from opposite sides of the reels, exchanging insults and spinning their revolvers as they prepare for a showdown.

The rivalry reaches its peak through the Duel feature. It activates when a VS symbol lands on the game’s 5×5 grid alongside a win. The VS symbol expands to cover the entire reel as a Wild, followed by an animated duel between Johnny Cash and the sheriff. The victorious character then reveals a multiplier of up to ×100.

The characters also have a distinctive role beyond the visual design. Johnny Cash and Chicken feature voiced exchanges during gameplay, reacting to events taking place across the reels.

The character interactions add a more personal element to the rivalry, encouraging players to choose a side while supporting the title’s potential for longer sessions and streamer appeal.

Players can choose from four Buy Bonus options: Chance ×2, Hot Shot, Flaming Shot and Inferno Shot. Each option provides a variation of the Free Spins feature with upgrades, including random Sticky Wilds and a guaranteed duel on the first spin, increasing the opportunity for larger wins.

The Wild West-inspired slot has a maximum win of ×5,000, alongside a 97% RTP and medium-high volatility.
