Hub88 Wins Customer Services Company of the Year 2026

Hub88 has earned the title of Customer Services Company of the Year at the 2026 International Gaming Awards, recognising its dedication to providing exceptional support and service to partners.

The accolade highlights companies that prioritise efficiency, responsiveness and high-quality service as key differentiators. Hub88 stood out from a competitive field of leading operators and suppliers due to its partner-first strategy and ongoing investment in innovative, customer-centric solutions.

In late 2025, Hub88 pivoted toward regulated markets after securing a UAE licence, further reinforcing its focus on responsible gaming. During this period, the B2B platform also introduced its embedded AI assistant, HubAI, enhancing its upgraded Operator and Supplier Zones.

These zones centralise essential tasks, including integrations, onboarding, reporting and troubleshooting. HubAI provides instant, multilingual guidance, helping partners access information quickly while allowing human support to concentrate on complex queries.

The award caps a notable year for Hub88, which also saw the appointment of CEO Lara Falzon and the platform surpassing 550 partners.

Ollie Castleman, Managing Director at Hub88, commented:

"Being named Customer Services Company of the Year is a great honour. Trust and efficiency are central to everything we do. Every tool we develop is designed to make partner operations smoother. Combining skilled teams with smart technology is at the heart of delivering outstanding service and this award reflects our team’s dedication to supporting partners effectively."
