Imagine Live Harnesses AI to Revolutionize Live Casino Games

Imagine Live CEO Martin Martirosyan has highlighted the transformative role artificial intelligence is playing in the supplier’s live casino portfolio.

At the SBC Summit in Lisbon, Martirosyan discussed how AI has enhanced dealer performance and quality, contributing significantly to the company’s success and how its use will continue to expand across live casino offerings.

“One major development in our live casino operations has been integrating AI technology to manage and monitor dealer performance,” Martirosyan explained.

“This has been a tremendous success, allowing us to maintain high dealer quality, which operators and players alike have appreciated. Moving forward, we will continue introducing new AI elements, enabling the system to learn and improve over time. We’re also exploring robotic automation in streaming and camera control to enhance our games.”

Martirosyan also shared how features like the progress bar in Imagine Live’s Roulette Rouge have positively influenced player engagement.

Regarding market expansion, he stressed the importance of localisation. Imagine Live recently secured licences in Romania and Greece, with Italy, Belgium and Ontario next in line.

“When entering a new market, we carefully evaluate player preferences and needs, from native languages to technological expectations. This is preceded by detailed brainstorming to ensure our offering is tailored to that market,” he said.
