INSPIRE Expands Casino Tech Deal with IDX Games

INSPIRE Entertainment Resort is advancing its casino expansion programme through a continued partnership with IDX Games, integrating the supplier’s X-Trend technology and display systems across its gaming floor.

The latest agreement follows the successful deployment of IDX’s system across 110 existing casino tables at the Incheon-based resort. With this new phase, INSPIRE is set to expand the installation footprint by approximately 30%, further embedding the technology into its operations.

Expansion of table systems

As part of the extension, IDX Games will supply its X-Trend platform alongside additional display solutions to support the enlarged casino area. The resort will also introduce IDX Halo table displays, which are intended to enhance the visual and operational setup already in place across the floor.

The new rollout builds directly on the existing infrastructure, with INSPIRE opting to scale up a system that is already embedded within its live environment rather than introduce a separate platform.

Will Donghyung Lee, AVP of Casino Operations at INSPIRE, said the resort has been satisfied with IDX’s trendboard system and ongoing support, describing the partnership as a continuation of an established operational relationship as the property expands its casino capacity.

Strengthening supplier footprint

According to IDX Games, the additional order reflects strong confidence in its technology suite. Chief Commercial Officer Peter Johns noted that demand for the company’s display systems has increased alongside its broader product expansion, particularly as its digital signage and gaming display range continues to evolve.

He added that IDX now supports a wider range of casino applications beyond traditional trendboards, including bonus and jackpot-related systems, positioning the company for broader adoption across casino floors.

The INSPIRE expansion follows another recent milestone for IDX, which secured a deployment of its X-Trend system for 250 tables at Westside Resort in Manila’s Entertainment City, further extending its regional presence across major integrated resort developments.

INSPIRE’s wider development strategy

The latest agreement forms part of INSPIRE Entertainment Resort’s broader expansion roadmap as it continues to scale its operations under Bain Capital’s ownership. The integrated resort in Incheon has been steadily building out its casino and hospitality offering as part of a long-term growth strategy.

Earlier this year, INSPIRE appointed Steven Wolstenholme as Chief Casino Officer, a move aimed at strengthening its gaming operations. Management described the appointment as part of efforts to accelerate the resort’s development into a fully established integrated destination.

The continued rollout of IDX technology aligns with this broader operational build-out, reinforcing INSPIRE’s focus on enhancing its casino infrastructure while expanding overall capacity across its gaming floor.
