Play’n GO Launches Wrappin’ More Gold Slot

Play’n GO has introduced Wrappin’ More Gold, a five-reel video slot with 20 paylines that revolves around a growing mummy and three distinct Collect & Win rounds.

The game follows Pharaoh Khufu’s pursuit of celestial treasure, which has fractured the realms and scattered red, green and purple gems across the sky, a fortress and the underworld. Queen Cleo and Ptolemy join forces against him in an Ancient Egyptian setting featuring golden pyramids, stone temples, scarabs and the shadowy Duat.

Three coloured pots positioned above the reels collect Scatter Gems of their matching colours, while two treasure chests gather Bonus Spins Symbols and Wilds. Landing a Collect & Win Scatter Gem can start its corresponding feature. The round can also begin when a Mummy symbol lands on the first reel alongside at least one Collect & Win Scatter Gem. Players can have up to three pots active simultaneously.

Each Collect & Win feature starts with five spins and a 2×2 mummy that gathers Coins and Gems within its area. As Gems accumulate on the meter, the mummy grows and collects symbols across an increasingly larger section of the reels. Once it expands far enough, it can cover the entire grid. Further growth can also replenish the round’s spins.

Each round includes additional mechanics, such as expanded reel sets, Extra Spins Gems, 2× and 3× multipliers that apply across the mummy’s collection area and Double Coins and Double Gems.

Landing three or more Bonus Spins Symbols awards six Bonus Spins. Retriggers provide another three spins, up to a maximum of 33. During Bonus Spins, both Collect & Win and the Instant Bonus have an increased chance of triggering.

Wilds replace every symbol except Scatter Gems, Bonus Spins Symbols and Mummy symbols. They can also activate the Instant Bonus in the base game or during Bonus Spins. This feature presents 15 mystery symbols, with the first three matching symbols determining the prize.

The GO Ultra feature gives Collect & Win a head start by adding three Gems to the meter and further boosts the likelihood of triggering the feature during Bonus Spins.
