Pragmatic Solutions Launches PAM Platform in Ireland

Pragmatic Solutions has confirmed that its enterprise Player Account Management (PAM) platform is now live in Ireland, enabling client operators to support the country’s new remote betting licensing framework from its official launch.

The rollout follows the introduction of Ireland’s updated regulatory regime for remote betting, with licences issued by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) becoming effective on 1 July 2026.

To support operators entering the market, Pragmatic Solutions completed the platform development, front-end configuration, compliance features and system integrations required to meet the obligations set out under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024, along with related anti-money laundering, responsible gambling and operational requirements.

The platform includes Ireland-specific functionality covering player registration and onboarding, age verification, KYC and customer due diligence procedures, AML processes, responsible gambling measures, payment restrictions, account closure and dormant account management, regulatory display requirements, reporting capabilities, operational tools and audit support.

As Ireland continues to introduce its regulatory framework in stages, the company said it will monitor future developments, including the planned B2B supplier licensing regime, while continuing to help operators comply with new regulatory obligations.

Ashley Lang, CEO of Pragmatic Solutions, said:

"Ireland is an important regulated market for our clients, and this launch reflects our continued focus on supporting operators as they enter new jurisdictions with the platform stability, flexibility and compliance readiness required to operate with confidence."

Michael Boylan, COO of Pragmatic Solutions, added:

"Regulated market entry depends on disciplined delivery across product, compliance, engineering and operations. For Ireland, our focus was to ensure the platform, integrations and processes were configured to meet local requirements from the point of market opening."

Pragmatic Solutions’ PAM platform enables operators to manage player accounts, wallets, CRM, customer segmentation, bonus administration, KYC, AML, responsible gambling, fraud prevention, reporting, business intelligence and back-office operations through an open, modular architecture.

Its API-first design and broad integration ecosystem allow operators to choose technology partners that best suit their business strategy while maintaining a stable platform for regulated market operations.
