Spectrum Gaming Expands Asia Team with Two Key Hires

Spectrum Gaming Group has expanded its presence in Asia with two key leadership appointments, strengthening its capabilities in governance, compliance and policy advisory across the region and the Pacific.

Sandra Bograd has joined the company’s Manila-based team as Senior Advisor, while Paul Bromberg has been promoted to Managing Director for Asia. The appointments form part of the firm’s broader strategy to support gaming operators navigating complex regulatory environments.

Leading the organisation, Fredric Gushin said the new appointments underline the company’s commitment to delivering high-level advisory services in increasingly challenging markets.

Strengthening Compliance Expertise

In her new role, Sandra Bograd brings extensive experience in areas including conduct risk, financial crime prevention, anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions compliance, anti-corruption initiatives and corporate ethics programmes.

Her background includes work across several Asian jurisdictions, such as Hong Kong, Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore. This regional exposure positions her to help gaming operators address regulatory pressures and operational risks as governments tighten oversight of financial flows and ethical standards in the sector.

The appointment also strengthens Spectrum’s expertise in compliance consulting, regulatory policy guidance, operational advisory and economic analysis in the Asia-Pacific market.

Bromberg Steps into Regional Leadership

After more than two decades with the firm, Paul Bromberg has moved from Senior Vice President to Managing Director for Asia, based in Bangkok.

During his time with the company, Bromberg has led numerous investigations across the region, building extensive knowledge of regulatory and operational issues affecting the gaming industry. His new position gives him broader responsibility for Spectrum’s regional operations, including advisory work related to transactions, disputes and compliance assessments.

His experience also provides insight into major gaming markets such as Macau, Manila and Singapore, helping clients evaluate expansion strategies and regulatory obligations.

Addressing Growing Market Demands

Together, Bograd and Bromberg bring complementary expertise that allows Spectrum to support operators both in strengthening governance frameworks and responding to investigations when issues arise. With teams based in Manila and Bangkok, the company is positioned close to several of the region’s most active gaming markets.

The appointments come at a time when regulatory scrutiny is increasing across Asia-Pacific jurisdictions, with operators facing greater expectations around financial transparency, anti-corruption measures and compliance systems.

By combining policy expertise with investigative experience, Spectrum Gaming Group aims to provide comprehensive advisory services to clients navigating these evolving regulatory and operational challenges.
