BGaming Launches New Quests Retention System

BGaming has launched BGaming Quests, a new daily mission-based retention system designed to help operators increase player engagement and activity without adding extra promotional costs.

The new feature becomes part of BGaming’s wider engagement suite alongside Drops and Challenges, which are already available across more than 3,000 operator integrations.

BGaming Quests focuses on individual player progression rather than direct competition. Players are given daily missions tied to gameplay activity, including completing spins, placing bets, triggering Buy Bonus features or reaching multiplier targets. New tasks are introduced every day to encourage consistent participation and repeat visits.

As users complete missions, they progress through milestones and collect Coins, which can later be exchanged for cash rewards automatically credited to their accounts. The system is designed to provide a transparent reward structure without requiring additional conditions for prize claims.

The progression model rewards continued activity, with players unlocking additional benefits as they move further through the Quest system. According to BGaming, the feature is intended to support longer sessions, stronger retention rates and improved player lifetime value.

Unlike tournament-style mechanics, Quests are centred entirely around personal progression, allowing players to complete objectives at their own pace without competitive pressure.

The tool is also fully managed and funded by BGaming, with the studio handling mission creation, prize payouts and ongoing promotional updates. Seasonal content updates linked to events such as Halloween and Christmas will also be introduced as part of the system.
