Broadway Platform Launches BroadGuard Risk Tool

Broadway Platform has expanded its product ecosystem with the launch of BroadGuard, a risk management solution designed to provide operators with real-time player risk profiling across 60 parameters.

The platform analyses a broad range of data points, including IP addresses, device geolocation, operating systems, device types, screen resolutions and browsers, alongside other player-related indicators.

BroadGuard combines an operator back office with consolidated player data, allowing teams to monitor activity and produce detailed reports covering payments, alerts, deposits, withdrawals and behavioural information.

Its rule engine evaluates player activity and risk signals to assign individual scores. Operators can then use these scores to monitor alerts and take real-time actions, including applying limits, blocking certain activities or restricting access to bonuses.

Broadway Platform said BroadGuard is designed to help operators address bonus abuse, multi-accounting and other forms of fraud by improving visibility into player activity and supporting automated risk identification and decision-making.

The tool joins other products, including BroadHub, within Broadway Platform’s wider ecosystem as the company continues to focus on product development and understanding customer needs.

Giorgi Samkharadze, Director at Broadway Platform, said BroadGuard was developed to connect the company’s ecosystem by bringing player data together in a single database. He said this allows information and documentation to be analysed quickly and converted into actionable insights, helping partners make informed and auditable decisions while maintaining player protection.

Samkharadze added that Broadway Platform had targeted a fraud ratio below 1% and achieved that goal. He also said that in challenging fraud environments in Africa, particularly Mozambique and Ghana, the company reduced the withdrawal-to-deposit ratio by 10%, supporting operators in risk management and operational efficiency while contributing to a safer player experience.
