Casino Guru Partners with Ethical Gambling Forum

Casino Guru has entered into a strategic collaboration with the Ethical Gambling Forum (EGF), an industry event focused on responsible gambling, sustainability and ethical standards. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing transparency, player protection and responsible practices within the iGaming sector.

As part of the agreement, the Casino Guru Awards will be integrated into the upcoming Ethical Gambling Forum conference, placing the judging process within a setting that brings together key stakeholders working to improve industry standards.

During the event, scheduled for April 30 and May 1, Casino Guru will organise a dedicated judges’ session. This gathering will involve members of the Awards jury reviewing shortlisted nominees, including direct discussions with candidates. These interactions are designed to provide deeper insight into each nominee’s operations and their approach to responsible gambling, reinforcing a thorough and transparent evaluation process.

In addition, Casino Guru will host a panel at the conference featuring judges and industry professionals. The discussion will focus on the role of independent assessments, the importance of ethical frameworks in iGaming and how initiatives like the Casino Guru Awards contribute to building a safer and more accountable industry.

Daniela Sliva, PR & Creative Projects Director at Casino Guru, said the collaboration aligns closely with the organisation’s core principles, highlighting the importance of transparency and direct engagement in strengthening the credibility of the awards process.

Jo Abergel, Co-Founder of the Ethical Gambling Forum, noted that the partnership supports the broader goal of encouraging accountability across the sector, while creating a platform for open discussion and meaningful progress.

Overall, the collaboration underlines a joint effort to raise industry benchmarks and recognise operators and organisations that prioritise responsible gaming and player welfare.
