Exalogic Expands Fast Track AI Partnership in Italy
Exalogic is extending its partnership with Fast Track to make the CRM provider’s artificial intelligence tools available to a wider group of operators in Italy, where Exalogic already works with more than 20 gambling businesses.
Under the expanded agreement, Fast Track’s AI technology will be integrated into Exalogic’s existing platform environment. The offering includes specialised AI agents designed to handle tasks such as compliance, with the technology operating alongside Exalogic’s platform rather than replacing it.
Several Italian operators are already using Fast Track AI through Exalogic, with Fast Track expecting adoption to grow as the rollout expands.
The development comes as both companies increase their focus on agentic AI, where software agents can perform defined workflows instead of being limited to generating text or responding to individual prompts.
Italy’s regulatory environment is a key consideration for Exalogic as the technology is introduced to more operators. Managing partner Samuele Mantellini has linked the partnership to the use of automated processes while maintaining alignment with local market requirements.
The approach is particularly relevant in Italy’s regulated gambling sector, where operators must manage their activities within established regulatory requirements. Exalogic views the technology as a way to introduce greater automation while keeping those processes connected to existing compliance frameworks.
Fast Track CEO Simon Lidzén has described the implementation as successful among operators already using the system.
The expanded relationship also follows another recent development for Fast Track in Italy, with the company having agreed terms with online casino and sportsbook operator NetWin.
Fast Track added agentic workflows to its AI offering earlier this year. Through the Exalogic expansion, these capabilities can now reach a broader base of Italian operators via an established gaming platform.
For operators already using the technology, the expansion represents an integration of automated workflows into their existing systems rather than the adoption of a separate AI product.
