Greentube to Acquire Kingsbet CZ in Czech Market

Kingsbet CZ is set to join Greentube after the two parties agreed on a full acquisition that will see the supplier move into the Czech Republic’s B2C iGaming segment.

The deal represents a strategic step for Greentube, allowing it to expand beyond its traditional role as a content provider and establish a direct-to-consumer presence in the local market. Completion of the transaction is still subject to customary regulatory approvals.

The Czech iGaming sector continues to grow within a regulated framework. Figures from the Ministry of Finance show total gross gaming revenue reached CZK 68 billion in 2025 or around €2.7 billion, with online channels accounting for 59.2% of that total.

Kingsbet CZ operates an online sportsbook and casino platform, giving Greentube immediate access to established infrastructure and local market expertise. The move reflects a broader industry trend, with suppliers increasingly entering B2C operations to diversify their business models in regulated markets.

Greentube, part of the NOVOMATIC Group, has traditionally focused on digital content and platform solutions. By acquiring Kingsbet CZ, the company is positioning itself to strengthen its footprint in the Czech Republic while gaining greater control over player-facing operations.

The transaction also underlines ongoing consolidation across the iGaming industry, as companies pursue acquisitions to enhance market access and operational capabilities across Europe.
