Honoré Gaming has partnered with Smartico to strengthen its player engagement and retention capabilities through the integration of advanced CRM technology.
The agreement will see Smartico’s CRM and gamification tools integrated into the Honoré Gaming platform ahead of the expanded World Cup, supporting the company’s strategy of building a more automated and player-focused entertainment ecosystem.
Honoré Gaming said the addition of Smartico’s customisable CRM features will help operators improve customer analytics, enhance player interaction and support revenue growth. The integration also positions CRM technology as a central part of the platform’s wider product offering.
The company stated that data-driven engagement and personalised communication will be particularly important across its core markets in French-speaking Africa and Central America, where player behaviour insights and targeted interaction strategies remain key growth factors.
Through the partnership, Honoré Gaming plans to implement gamification and automated engagement campaigns tailored to local market preferences, covering the full player journey from deposits and gameplay through to withdrawals and return activity.
