Kambi Partners with Pure Casino Entertainment
Pure Casino Entertainment has entered into a multi-year partnership with Kambi, selecting the supplier’s sportsbook technology to power its retail and online sports betting operations across Alberta.
As part of the agreement, Kambi will provide its Turnkey Sportsbook solution to Pure Casino Entertainment’s casino properties in Calgary, Edmonton and Lethbridge. The collaboration also includes the planned launch of online sports betting through the PureCasino.ca platform once Alberta’s regulated market opens on 13 July 2026.
The partnership covers both land-based and digital betting services, positioning Pure Casino Entertainment to participate in the province’s newly regulated online sports wagering sector.
The agreement also allows for future expansion, giving Pure Casino Entertainment the option to introduce Kambi’s sportsbook technology at additional venues acquired by its parent company, Indigenous Gaming Partners.
Werner Becher, CEO of Kambi Group, said the partnership strengthens the company’s presence in an important market and highlighted the shared goal of delivering high-quality sports betting experiences to customers across Alberta.
Brad Belhouse, CEO of Pure Casino Entertainment, stated that selecting a sportsbook provider with a strong product offering and proven regulatory experience was a key priority ahead of Alberta’s market launch. He added that Kambi’s track record made it the preferred partner for the company’s online and retail sports betting expansion.
