Soft2Bet Launches MEGA Islands Gamification Engine
Soft2Bet has introduced MEGA Islands, a new gamification engine within its MEGA Suite aimed at improving player retention across both casino and sportsbook products. The feature adds a continuous progression system that remains active between sessions, encouraging ongoing engagement.
Originally showcased in Soft2Bet’s Lodur release, MEGA Islands allows players to develop a personal island over time. Through gameplay, users collect resources that can be used to construct buildings, upgrade structures and unlock additional stages. Each upgrade introduces new objectives, turning individual sessions into part of a broader, long-term experience.
A key element of the system is its plundering feature, which offers an alternative progression path. Players can raid other islands to gather extra resources, helping accelerate their own development while maintaining an active gameplay loop. The absence of a defined endpoint supports continuous interaction through building, collecting and upgrading.
According to Yoel Zuckerberg, Chief Product Officer at Soft2Bet, the concept is built around making retention feel intuitive by giving players a persistent journey. He noted that features such as island development and plundering mechanics create a sense of progression that encourages repeat visits while integrating seamlessly across different verticals.
The rollout of MEGA Islands highlights Soft2Bet’s ongoing focus on gamification as a strategy for sustained growth. As part of the MEGA Suite, the engine provides operators with additional tools to enhance engagement, extend session cycles and strengthen player loyalty in competitive markets.
