South Korea Teen Cyber Gambling Arrests Rise

Stockholm-based CRM and AI cloud solutions provider Symplify has entered into a partnership with Promofy, an AI-powered gamification platform serving the iGaming sector.

Under the agreement, Symplify will incorporate Promofy’s no-code gamification engine into its automated customer journeys. This allows CRM teams to create and activate gamified experiences directly within Symplify without switching platforms or relying on another system.

Symplify manages the journey orchestration, segmentation and targeting. This enables teams to determine which players receive specific experiences and when those experiences are delivered according to their behaviour.

Triggers can include events such as a player making a first deposit, becoming inactive or reaching a VIP milestone.

Promofy provides the gamified content, including games, challenges and AI-driven rewards. The company was also recognised as Best Startup at ICE 2026.

Player data is a central part of the integration. Because Symplify already stores the data used to manage individual customer journeys, the partnership removes the need to export information or recreate data in another system.

When a predefined player action triggers an experience, the corresponding gamification feature can be launched automatically without manual intervention.

Symplify Chief Sales Officer Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen said:

“Gamification often sits in its own corner, running as a separate campaign with its own data and its own setup. Bringing Promofy inside our journeys closes that gap. CRM teams can reward a player at the moment that matters, using behaviour we are already tracking, and they can do it without writing a line of code.”

Promofy Founder & CEO Irakli Davarashvili added:

“Working with Symplify means our games and challenges reach players at the point when they are most likely to respond. Our engine allows targeting to be driven by live player behaviour rather than a list pulled together the week before.”
