Spinomenal Launches 3 Shadow Wolves Slot Game

Spinomenal has expanded its game portfolio with 3 Shadow Wolves, a 5×3 slot set in a shadowy forest and built around three wolves with distinct colours and bonus functions. The game combines special symbols, a feature-driven bonus round and multiple jackpot prizes, including a Grand Jackpot worth 3,000 times the total bet.

Three Wolves Bring Different Bonus Mechanics

The game’s setting features a dark woodland surrounded by bare trees, with three glowing-eyed wolves positioned above the reels. A carved wolf tooth serves as the Wild symbol, substituting for all symbols except Bonus, BOOST, COLLECT, MULTI and Jackpot symbols.

Wild combinations pay according to the number of symbols appearing on a line. Five Wilds award 10 times the bet, four pay twice the bet and three return half the bet. However, combinations of three or four Wilds qualify for payouts only when followed by a Bonus or Special Bonus symbol.

Other symbols include owls, foxes, stags and cobras, alongside the standard royal symbols.

Each wolf has its own colour and associated feature:

• Green wolf – BOOST: In the Bonus Game, it selects a random value of 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 7x or 10x the bet. The value is added to every symbol on the reels before the wolf retains its own value.

• Red wolf – MULTI: It selects a multiplier of 2x, 3x or 5x, applies it across the board and then takes its own value from the resulting amount.

• Blue wolf – COLLECT: It gathers the values of all Bonus symbols on the reels into a single prize.

The game also features a MYSTERY symbol, which appears exclusively during the Bonus Game. It can transform into BOOST, MULTI, COLLECT or a Jackpot symbol, adding another possible outcome to the feature.

Bonus Game Offers Multiple Jackpot Levels

Landing six or more qualifying symbols triggers the Bonus Game. The symbols responsible for activating the feature remain locked and the player receives three spins. During this round, only Bonus and Special Bonus symbols can land in the available spaces.

Empty cells can award prizes worth 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 7x or 10x the bet. Each time a new symbol lands, the spin counter resets to three.

The available wolf abilities depend on the symbols present in the initial triggering combination or on features revealed through the MYSTERY symbol.

Jackpot symbols provide access to three fixed prize levels: Mini pays 20x the bet, Minor awards 50x and Major delivers 150x. Filling all 15 positions on the grid unlocks the Grand Jackpot, worth 3,000 times the total bet.

The Bonus Game ends when three consecutive spins pass without a new symbol, when the grid is completely filled or when the Grand Jackpot limit is reached.

Bonus Blast Can Trigger Additional Symbols

3 Shadow Wolves also includes a Bonus Blast Feature that can activate randomly during the base game, provided Special Bonus symbols have been collected during previous spins.

The game tracks each Special Bonus symbol type separately. When Bonus Blast activates, additional Bonus and Special Bonus symbols of the relevant type appear across the reels until enough symbols have landed to trigger the Bonus Game.

Spinomenal Co-CEO Omer Henya said the team designed the three wolves around separate functions to give players different possibilities during bonus rounds.

“Wolves make for a strong slot character, so we gave each one of ours a job to do” Henya said.

He added that the colour-coded mechanics help players identify their preferred wolf, while the combination of features creates variation between Bonus Games.

Henya also highlighted the game’s top prize, noting that filling the entire grid can deliver a payout of 3,000 times the total bet.
