Spribe Secures Aviator Trademark Protection in Kenya

Spribe has secured additional intellectual property protection for its Aviator game in Kenya, further strengthening the brand’s legal position in the market.

The company confirmed in a LinkedIn statement that the Aviator logo has been officially registered through the WIPO Madrid System, with the protection process in Kenya beginning on October 11, 2024.

Aviator Logo Receives Trademark Protection

The registration provides Spribe with formal trademark protection for the Aviator logo in Kenya and supports the company’s efforts to protect the brand as the game continues to expand internationally.

Spribe said the registration adds to its existing intellectual property rights and further reinforces Aviator’s position in the Kenyan market.

Aviator was launched in Kenya in 2021 and has since become one of Spribe’s most successful products.

Registration Supports Wider IP Strategy

The Kenyan registration forms part of Spribe’s broader efforts to strengthen intellectual property protection for Aviator in markets where the game already has an established presence.

The game is available across multiple gambling jurisdictions worldwide, and the latest trademark registration adds further legal protection for the Aviator brand in Kenya.
