Gamanza Powers Casineo Launch in Switzerland
Gamanza Group has entered Switzerland’s regulated online gambling market through a partnership with Casinò Locarno, providing the technology behind its new online brand, Casineo, which launched in March 2026.
The platform is powered by Gamanza’s Player Account Management (PAM) system, a modular solution developed for regulated environments. It combines key functionalities including compliance tools, responsible gaming features, payment integration, data management, a game aggregation layer and bonus capabilities, alongside web and mobile front-end delivery.
Gamanza has established a presence in highly regulated jurisdictions and already supports multiple operators in Switzerland. The collaboration with Casinò Locarno further extends its footprint in the market.
In addition to the core platform, Casineo is utilising Gamanza Engage, the supplier’s CRM and gamification solution. This enables the operator to design tailored player experiences and implement engagement strategies aligned with Switzerland’s regulatory requirements.
Casineo operates under the land-based licence of Stadtcasino Baden AG, marking the group’s first step into the online segment through its Casinò Locarno brand.
Tero Vienonen, Managing Director at Gamanza Group, stated that the platform was built to meet the demands of highly regulated markets such as Switzerland, where compliance and operational standards are particularly stringent.
Simon Pukl, Director of Product and Business Development at Gamanza Core, highlighted that the company’s proprietary PAM system integrates multiple operational elements into a single platform, allowing operators to manage compliant and scalable online operations.
Michael Boyschau, Director at Casineo, noted that launching in Switzerland requires strong regulatory alignment, adding that Gamanza provided both the technological foundation and compliance assurance needed for the rollout.
Nathalie Haspel, Head of Online Gaming at Casineo, emphasised the role of CRM and gamification tools in building sustainable player engagement within a regulated framework.
