ImpactWin Acquires Scout Holding from Scout Gaming
ImpactWin Group AB has finalised the acquisition of Scout Holding Ltd from Scout Gaming Group, taking full control of the business as it looks to strengthen its B2B igaming platform.
The deal brings Scout Holding, along with its operations and subsidiaries, fully into ImpactWin’s structure. The move is aimed at reinforcing the group’s capabilities in igaming technology and digital products, with an emphasis on scalability and expanding its market presence.
Scout contributes an established international operation, including expertise in fantasy sports and sportsbook solutions, as well as an existing customer base. These elements are expected to support ImpactWin’s plans to broaden its product offering and grow across multiple regions.
Following the acquisition, ImpactWin has identified key priorities, including advancing Scout’s product suite, enhancing the user experience and modernising the platform. The company also intends to strengthen collaboration with clients while refining its commercial strategy across both current and new markets.
As part of the transition, John Ryott has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Scout Holding, while Anna Zakipour will serve as Chief Operating Officer. Zakipour will focus on product development, operational performance and integration efforts, while Ryott will oversee strategic direction and market positioning.
The transaction reflects ongoing consolidation within the igaming sector, where companies are focusing on expanding B2B capabilities and improving scale. ImpactWin noted that integrating Scout’s technology and products will support its international growth ambitions and accelerate development across its platform.
With integration now in progress, the combined business will prioritise aligning its technology and go-to-market strategy as ImpactWin continues to build a larger, product-driven igaming operation.
