IWG Launches Daily Streak Feature for North American Lotteries

Instant Win Gaming (IWG) has launched IWG Daily Streak, a new feature designed to encourage repeat engagement with digital lottery games by rewarding players for returning on consecutive days. The product is already available through two North American lotteries, with three additional launches planned for later this month.

IWG, which supplies eInstant games to lotteries belonging to the World Lottery Association (WLA) and the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL), describes Daily Streak as a first-to-market offering.

The feature activates a wheel spin when a player first enters a participating game each day. The result determines the enhanced benefit available to the player. Returning on consecutive days allows players to maintain their current benefit level or move to a higher one. However, missing a day resets the streak and returns the wheel to its initial level.

Designed to accommodate different game formats and lottery prize requirements, Daily Streak can be integrated into a variety of titles. IWG intends the mechanic to encourage regular participation and support the development of digital lottery channels.

Five Lottery Launches Planned

Atlantic Lottery was the first operator to introduce the feature through Daily Streak Expander. The Pennsylvania Lottery subsequently launched Next Level Loot, marking the second deployment.

Three more launches are scheduled for later this month. The Kentucky Lottery is preparing to introduce Daily Streak Boost, while the Virginia Lottery and New Hampshire Lottery are set to launch Daily Streak Expander.

These deployments will extend the feature's presence across North American lottery operators, adding to the initial launches in Atlantic Canada and Pennsylvania.

Daily Streak Expander Adds Progressive Gameplay

Daily Streak Expander combines the daily reward wheel with a 3×5 game board that changes as players progress.

Each wheel spin determines the level a player reaches, with continued participation allowing them to advance through the feature. As their level increases, the game board expands, opening up further prize opportunities and bonus gameplay experiences.

The combination of daily rewards and an evolving game board is intended to give players a progression-based experience, with additional content becoming available as they continue playing.

IWG Targets Digital Lottery Engagement

The launch comes as North American lotteries continue developing their online eInstant offerings. Digital engagement features that encourage repeat participation have become part of the sector's efforts to maintain active player bases.

IWG develops digital eInstant and instant win games for WLA- and NASPL-member lotteries, producing more than 300 new titles annually for its global customers.

Its games are distributed through the InstantRGS remote game server across regulated markets. The platform operates from data centres in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
