Mindway AI Achieves SOC 2 Type 2 Certification

Mindway AI, a leading provider of player protection solutions, has achieved SOC 2 Type 2 certification, further enhancing its commitment to data security and privacy. Alongside its existing ISO 27001 certification, this milestone reinforces the company’s robust security framework for safeguarding client information.

Previously, ISO 27001 ensured Mindway AI maintained a structured and continuously improving approach to managing information security risks. The SOC 2 Type 2 certification, developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), extends this assurance by verifying operational security, availability and confidentiality particularly valued by North American and enterprise clients.

Rasmus Kjaergaard, CEO of Mindway AI, stated: “Achieving SOC 2 Type 2 alongside ISO 27001 strengthens our security posture. This certification provides independent, ongoing verification that client data is handled to the highest global standards. It reflects our continuous efforts to improve player protection solutions.”

SOC 2 certification focuses on critical aspects of data management, including security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy, underscoring Mindway AI’s dedication to secure and responsible handling of client information.

The Mindway AI team will attend the NEXT Summit in New York on 10–11 March 2026, offering opportunities to meet North American partners and explore potential collaborations and partnerships.
