Fincore Integrates Sportradar AI for Real-Time Insights
Fincore has entered into a strategic integration with Sportradar, combining their technologies to enable operators to apply AI-driven insights instantly within their existing platforms.
At the core of the collaboration is Fincore’s TRI ecosystem, a modular solution built to fit seamlessly into modern gaming infrastructures. Its flexible architecture allows operators to integrate only the components they need, connecting with existing PAM, gaming and bonus systems without requiring a full platform overhaul. This approach supports both legacy environments and newly built platforms, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Through the partnership, Sportradar’s VAIX technology is now embedded into Fincore’s execution layer. VAIX delivers real-time personalisation through a range of AI models that analyse player behaviour and generate tailored recommendations across both sports betting and casino activity.
The system continuously tracks user interactions during live play, triggering relevant offers and suggestions based on ongoing activity. It can also generate early-stage predictions, including lifetime value, churn probability, deposit behaviour and bonus optimisation, allowing operators to respond with targeted actions at critical moments.
By bringing together Sportradar’s data intelligence with Fincore’s execution capabilities, the integration enables faster and more precise personalisation. Operators can deploy automated rewards and recommendations without the need for complex internal development or lengthy integrations, making advanced AI-driven engagement strategies more accessible.
Mateja Popovic, CEO at Fincore, said the partnership reflects growing demand for flexible technology that can integrate advanced capabilities directly into operational workflows. He noted that enabling real-time action on AI insights helps operators improve engagement and optimise promotional activity.
Andreas Hartmann, VP of Personalisation at Sportradar, added that the collaboration allows the company’s AI models to deliver measurable results across the player journey, enhancing retention and overall user experience through real-time decision-making.
