Gamanza Engage Joins QTech Games to Boost Player Retention
Gamanza Engage has teamed up with QTech Games, the leading aggregator for emerging markets, enabling operators to access Gamanza’s CRM, gamification and engagement solutions via a referral agreement.
Through QTech Games’ Value Added Services, operator partners can now implement Gamanza Engage’s real-time CRM, loyalty programmes, gamification tools and free-to-play mini-games designed to enhance player interaction and retention.
The gamification suite complements QTech Games’ AI-driven platform, including its machine-learning-powered game lobby, QTech Play. Operators gain access to real-time dashboards and analytics tools to understand player behaviour, optimise engagement strategies and deliver a more personalised experience.
The partnership aims to elevate player journeys by combining gamification and CRM with data-driven insights, supporting player protection, promotion management, lifetime value optimisation and VIP prediction.
