Gamanza Engage Partners Apuestas Royal in LATAM

Gamanza Engage has entered into a partnership with Apuestas Royal, a Venezuela-based sports betting and online casino operator with a growing footprint across Latin America, providing access to its CRM, gamification and player engagement solutions across multiple brands.

As part of the integration, Apuestas Royal will implement Gamanza Engage’s real-time CRM system, loyalty features and gamification tools, along with free-to-play mini-games aimed at boosting player engagement and retention. The deployment will span five brands within the group Apuestas Royal, Gogo Royal, Juega y Cobra, Jugando a Ganar and Aprieta y Gana allowing for a unified approach to player engagement and loyalty strategies.

The platform also offers real-time analytics and data-driven insights, enabling operators to monitor player behaviour and refine engagement strategies across all brands. Both CRM and gamification functionalities can be used independently or combined within a single platform.

Andrés Blanco, Managing Director at Gamanza Engage, said the partnership reflects the company’s focus on delivering advanced engagement tools to operators in expanding markets. He noted that implementing the solution across multiple brands simultaneously will support a more coordinated and effective approach to player retention and long-term value.

Sai García, Managing Director at Apuestas Royal, stated that the partnership enhances the operator’s ability to deliver a more engaging user experience. He added that deploying CRM and gamification tools across all brands through a unified platform represents a key step in strengthening customer relationships and scaling personalised engagement across Latin America.
