MozzartBet Rolls Out Fast Track CRM Platform
MozzartBet has launched the Fast Track CRM platform across its operations, extending the system to its brands throughout the Balkans, Romania and several African markets.
The operator, which is active in regulated jurisdictions including Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Romania, Malta, Kenya and Nigeria, said the rollout forms part of its broader strategy to strengthen player engagement while supporting its continued international expansion.
Through the integration, MozzartBet’s teams will gain access to a unified real-time customer model across all brands. The platform also includes Fast Track AI capabilities, allowing CRM teams to manage workflows using conversational tools and AI-powered automation.
Nemanja Savkovic, COO of MozzartBet, said the company has been satisfied with the partnership since the early stages of implementation.
